Community Manager French (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive support for an MMOG with an emphasis on community management
  • Maintaining a proactive two-way dialog between the community, product management and the company
  • Creative writing and communications via all community channels: Forums, social media, chatrooms, in-game announcements and the news sections of the website
  • Recruiting and heading a voluntary game master and moderators team
  •  Planning and execution of interactive events, competitions and surveys in the game, forums and social media
  • Conducting internal QA tests with the game master team
  • Initial localization (English to French) of new game-contents and media and continously improving in-game text and game-guides quality

 

Your profile:

  • Strong interest in and enthusiasm for online games (preferably MMORPGs)
  • Very good French skills for public communication, good English language skills for internal communication
  • Team player who works and communicates well with others
  •  High quality standards and customer focus
  • Reliable, proactive and independent approach to work
  • Ability to work under pressure and organize well
  • Expericence with MS Office and web CMS systems
  • Basic skills in image manipulation and html are beneficial
