Head of Controlling (m/f)

Head of Controlling (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

  • Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
  • Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed and reported
  • Develop budgets and financial plans for the gamigo group and subsidiaries
  • Analysis of P&l and balance sheets
  • Track the budget on a monthly basis and make updates and new prognosis on a quarterly basis
  • Examine and support in reporting and control the reports
  • Report to the CFO with timely and accurate financial information
  • Assist the CFO in presenting reports to the senior management and Board of Directors
  • Lead a team and manage controller in different subsidiaries and locations
  • Build a group structure for efficient controlling

 

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in a business or finance environment as well as managerial experience
  • Knowledge of different accounting systems like DATEV or navision
  • Understanding of data privacy standards
  • Outstanding mathematical skills
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Person of integrity; honest and reliable
  • High attention to detail
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Research and analytical skills
