Office IT Intern (m/f)

We are looking for an intern to assist the internal IT Support team in day to day tasks. The team provides level 1-3 support to internal stakeholders, including Windows 7 and MacOS support, network issues troubleshooting and deployment/maintenance of business tools. Documentation is a must, so good writing skills are needed along with technical skills.


Your responsibilities:

  • Installing, configuring and troubleshooting of Operating Systems as well as maintaining large Windows 7 / OS X environment (composed of user workstations)
  • Maintaining asset inventory updated, track of movements in the office
  • Implementation and improvement of internal Network Structure and Appliances
  • Providing 1st to 3rd level support for our users
  • Assistance in planning backups, disaster recovery, capacity extensions, component upgrades and system protection
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation and reports


Your qualifications:

  • Experience with Windows 7 and MacOS at user level
  • Basic experience with Active Directory and networks
  • Knowledge of Network Components and Services, e.g. Firewalls, Switches, Wireless LAN Controllers, Storage and Backup Systems etc
  • Very good English skills
