Junior e-mail Marketing Manager (m/f)

Junior e-mail Marketing Manager (m/f)

Your Tasks:

  • Co-conception, planning, control, and optimization of CRM measures and campaigns
  • Co-development and implementation of new CRM strategies and activities for an optimal approach to customers
  • Operational implementation of dialog marketing campaigns (emphasis on email marketing)
  • Creation of newsletter content and supervision of content quality
  • Ongoing success monitoring and reporting on all campaigns
  • Ensuring optimal coordination and harmonization with all relevant fields of expertise (graphics, IT, marketing and production management)


Your Profile:

  • Completed vocational training as a businessman/-woman for marketing communication or office communication
  • Knowledge of mailing systems such as adRom, Experian, Salesforce, optivo, promionet, mapp, kajomi, mailjet, insmail, mail chimp, agnitas, etc preferable
  • Good command of English
  • Competent handling of Excel and HTML
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills and working well with numbers
  • Team player who works and communicates well with others
  • You are able to act proactively and find creative solutions
  • Structured and independent approach to work
  • High online affinity, gamer
  • Willingness to travel in between our locations (Berlin, Hamburg, Münster, etc.)
